Practice Environment

• Integrated, team-based care model across nine modern clinic sites

• Shared EMR system supporting seamless coordination of care

Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification required

• Minimum of 3 years of primary care experience

• Ability to practice independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

• Comfortable adopting and utilizing electronic health records

• Active Rhode Island license or eligibility for licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Experience working with diverse and multicultural patient populations strongly preferred
