Komro Sales is constantly developing manpower to support, with innovation, our growing customer base.Komro Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking an individual with a strong and efficient work ethic who wants to install and service various systems for our increasing agricultural customer base!Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform installation of plumbing systems undergroundInspect and repair previously installed plumbing systemsSet, operate, and maintain ag equipment including erector's and catwalk'sAbility to dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and plansPrepare for and maintain orderly job sites throughout life of projectMaintain a safe work environment as directed through our safety programUphold a sense of urgency, professionalism, and ownership in preparation for jobs and on worksiteMaintain excellent communication with co-workers and supervisorsAbility to adjust to customer requests providing essential supportQualificationsAbility to travel to local and regional locationsEquipment experience and knowledge (skid steer, welding, torch, transit)Understand machinery, hydraulics, electricity, and concrete forming & finishingPossess good judgement, quality focus and demonstrate dependability, and driveAbility to work independently, being highly productive and efficient when working alone or within a teamCapable of acquiring and maintaining a class A CDL licensePhysical ability to help with general day to day maintenance of construction tools and machinery, lift 50+ pounds, bend/crouch regularly, extensive walking, work outside in all weather conditions on a regular basis
