• Number of Staff –
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) charge/3-5 RN/2-4PCT
• Night Shift – charge/3-5 RN/2 PCT
• Patient Ratios – 6:1
• Type of equipment –
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care experience as a Rehab or M/S RN
• BLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Prior experience with rehab patient population
• IV and blood draw skills

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Wound care
• Patient transfers

• Flexible
• Compassionate advocate for patients
