We are seeking a Showroom Sales Designer to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Our experienced sales associates & designers make anywhere from $75,000- $200,000 a year once trained. Management opportunities are also available for those striving for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Assist customers with designing their home and coordinating products.
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Process sales orders and returns
- Customer related follow up regarding existing orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field in the home improvement industry.
- Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
