We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our bar to ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant atmosphere, managing inventory, and driving innovative beverage programs while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bar operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage offerings that align with our brand identity.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and waste reduction to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws and licensing requirements.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective team communication and collaboration.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and gather feedback to continually improve our offerings.
• Monitor and analyze bar performance metrics, implementing strategies to drive sales and improve service quality.

Required and Preferred QualificationsRequired:

• 3 years of experience in bar management or a similar role within a high-volume establishment.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful beverage programs.
• Strong understanding of mixology, wine, and spirits, with the ability to train staff on beverage preparation and presentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a high-end or specialty bar environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Certifications in bartending or relevant hospitality programs.
• Proficiency in cocktail preparation techniques and bar equipment operation.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools and best practices.
• Understanding of financial reporting and budget management.
