Job Details Job Location: MILWAUKEE, WI 53202 Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils. Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs. Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
