Competitive Compensation: Earn between $60,000 to $100,000 (dependent on industry experience) annually plus commission. What You'll Do Dive into construction documents and specs to estimate jobs and deliver winning proposals. Build strong connections with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Negotiate, problem-solve, and follow up to ensure every client is delighted. Achieve ambitious sales and profit targets, secure regular service customers, and introduce new products to the market. Qualifications What We're Looking For: At least 3 years of sales or construction industry experience, with a proven record of territory growth. Automatic Door Sales Experience preferred. A valid driver’s license and the drive to get out and make things happen. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confidence, independence, and a collaborative spirit. Mechanical/technical aptitude and comfort with numbers. Ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
