Team Lead - Warehouse

Full‑time Onsite Day Shift At Sibanye‑Stillwater, every role supports our mission to operate safely, responsibly, and sustainably. We are seeking a Team Lead – Warehouse to provide hands‑on leadership and support the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials throughout our Fairless Hills operation. Working closely with Warehouse, Operations, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, and site leadership, you'll help coordinate daily warehouse activities, support frontline employees, and ensure operational continuity in a fast‑paced industrial environment. This is a working lead position responsible for providing day‑to‑day operational support and guidance. The role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities. What You’ll Do Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, staging, picking, and shipping materials Serve as a working lead by supporting frontline employees during daily operations Coordinate workflow and task assignments to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals Promote a Safety First culture by reinforcing safe work practices and company procedures Assist with inventory control, material movement, documentation, and cycle count activities Communicate operational priorities, issues, and resource needs to supervisors and management Partner with Operations, Logistics, and other departments to maintain efficient material flow Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and customer service Qualifications Two or more years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or distribution experience Previous lead, acting lead, or team lead experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced industrial environment Forklift experience preferred Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or inventory systems, preferred Compliance Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) eligibility requirements Must successfully satisfy NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements Ability to work throughout an active industrial manufacturing environment Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screening Schedule & Benefits Monday through Friday Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days 401(k) with company match after six months Paid time off and company holidays Company‑sponsored events and team lunches Professional development and career growth opportunities Sibanye‑Stillwater is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
