Environmental Response Technician

Location: Denver Metro Area Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday

We are seeking Environmental Response Technicians to support emergency response, hazardous waste cleanup, and environmental remediation projects throughout the Denver Metro area. This position involves responding to environmental incidents, assisting with hazardous material cleanup, and supporting site remediation efforts while following all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

• Respond to environmental emergencies, spills, and cleanup situations in a timely manner
• Perform hazardous waste cleanup and remediation activities
• Decontaminate equipment, materials, and sites exposed to hazardous or toxic substances
• Prepare hazardous waste for transportation, processing, or disposal
• Assist with emergency HazMat response projects under supervision
• Operate specialized environmental and remediation equipment safely and effectively
• Complete Daily Job Reports documenting work performed, equipment used, and materials consumed
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification required
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and wear required PPE
• Must be clean shaven to ensure proper respirator fit
• Ability to pass a HazMat physical
• Previous environmental, remediation, construction, or emergency response experience is preferred

• Steel-toed boots required (employee provided)
• Hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and respirator provided

• Competitive pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
