Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities Coordinating with the cross‑functional Change Management team to define the scope of work required to qualify new or modified products to customer specifications related to source changes. Coordinating with ISC, Operations, and Engineering to manufacture batches of material for source change qualifications, placing orders for required quantities and ensuring proper process control documents. Writing test panel fabrication instruction paperwork for laminates, sandwich panels, or any other material forms required for testing. Reviewing testing progress, updating expected completion dates, and elevating any lack of priority to management for resolution to keep testing on schedule. Maintaining complete traceability of all elements of a qualification project. Authoring complex engineering test reports. Interfacing directly with customers and internal stakeholders to provide status updates, resolve conflicts, and facilitate reviews of reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field from a four‑year college or university. 2–3 years of related experience within manufacturing and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with material specifications and their applications; ideal previous experience or knowledge of polymers within aerospace manufacturing. Working knowledge of PCs and related software, specifically MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and statistical software (Minitab). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in project management and the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail. Strong time‑management skills.
