2nd Shift Packing Associate

Calling all 2nd Shift Packing Associates! As a Packing Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging and Shipping Teams. Job Title: 2nd Shift Packing Associate Location: Hickory, NC Pay Range: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM What's the Job?

• Inspect finished foam products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to customers
• Stack and organize materials according to production specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• Previous packing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a 2nd shift schedule
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
