Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager – Overview Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the RedBull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations, which includes inventory management, fleet management, safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence. Responsibilities As a Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include: Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth flow of inbound and outbound materials. Manage inventory levels, carrying out cycle counts and coordinating with procurement for restocking. Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Maintain warehouse safety standards and compliance with DOT regulations. Coordinate fleet management, ensuring vehicles are maintained, scheduled, and compliant with safety requirements. Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvements to logistics processes. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management. Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card. Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays. English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to travel 0-10%. Other Details Permanent position; benefits eligible.
