Controls Technician

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Controls Technician to support our manufacturing operations by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial control systems and PLCs. In this on-site role, you’ll diagnose equipment issues, program and modify PLCs and HMIs, work with VFDs and motor controls, and ensure safe, reliable plant operation. You’ll interpret electrical schematics, perform preventive maintenance, support process improvements, and partner closely with production and maintenance teams in a safety-focused, people-first culture that offers long-term growth and development.
