Shift Leader – Penn Station We are seeking a Shift Leader to manage staff and ensure excellent guest service throughout opening, mid‑shift, and closing periods. The Shift Leader will maintain cleanliness, inventory, and operating standards while leading the team toward a positive work environment. Responsibilities Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and providing immediate and respectful responses to all guest needs. Deliver meals to guests at their tables or pick‑up area, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, and restrooms. Stock as needed to maintain inventory throughout the shift. Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving guests while maintaining operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience. Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures and create a positive work environment for everyone. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards. Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder, leading the shift. Qualifications Team‑oriented, friendly, honest, with great customer service skills. Reliable transportation. Authorized to work in the United States. At least 17 years old. Benefits Flexible schedules. Competitive pay ($14-$17/hr depending on experience).
