Service Technician

Job Title

We are looking for hands-on technicians to support one of the country's largest security companies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical service role (ie. CCTV, Alarms, Low Voltage exp) where you're out on customer sites daily
• Experience with cabling or wiring
• Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation to transport necessary tools and equipment
• Must have their own tools and ladder (listed below)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with installation, repair, troubleshooting or set-up of devices (security cameras, alarm systems, Network/WiFi, wires or cabling, phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.)
• Prior experience with providing services to electrical systems

Job Description:

These techs will be responsible for managing a queue of customer requests and driving from location to location to perform service work. Technicians will also be responsible for tracking inventory and equipment properly and reporting back to leadership as necessary.
