IT Infrastructure Manager

The full-time remote IT Infrastructure Manager will lead a team to design, build, and deliver secure and scalable infrastructure solutions across a hybrid environment, focusing on modernization, automation, and operational readiness. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps to support business growth and technology modernization Define engineering standards and maintain documentation for infrastructure solutions Oversee project delivery from design to operational handoff, ensuring solutions are secure and supportable Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related technology roles 3+ years of experience leading infrastructure or cloud engineering teams Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms
