EBC Printing & Signs is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, computer-savvy professional who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with customers, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in printing, signage, promotional products, or related industries is strongly preferred. If you already understand print terminology, production processes, artwork requirements, substrates, finishing, or signage, that's a big plus!

The Ideal Candidate

• Has excellent computer skills and is comfortable learning and working with multiple software systems
• Has previous printing, signage, promotional products, or related industry experience
• Enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service
• Has a pleasant, positive demeanor and genuinely enjoys helping others
• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines without becoming overwhelmed
• Is highly organized and pays close attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person
• Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be asked to help
• Works well independently but understands the importance of being a team player
• Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Can adapt quickly when priorities change

What You'll Be Doing

As a CSR, you will help manage customer projects from initial inquiry through completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer questions by phone, email, and in person
• Preparing quotes and entering customer orders
• Following projects through production and completion
• Communicating with customers regarding pricing, artwork, specifications, proofs, production schedules, and delivery
• Coordinating with our production and graphic design teams
• Reviewing job specifications and customer information for accuracy
• Following up on approvals, artwork, missing information, and outstanding orders
• Helping resolve customer questions or concerns
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their projects
• Assisting other members of the team when needed

Graphic Design Experience Is a PLUS!

Graphic design experience is not required , but candidates familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, artwork files, file preparation, resolution, vector graphics, or basic graphic design concepts will have an advantage.

You don't need to be a graphic designer to succeed in this position, but understanding artwork and the printing process is extremely helpful.

Computer Skills Are Important

This position requires someone who is very comfortable with computers and can learn new software quickly.

You should be comfortable working with email, Microsoft Office, PDFs, file management, online systems, and multiple programs at the same time.

Experience with printing, estimating, order-entry, CRM, production-management, or web-based business software is a plus.

Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

We are open to candidates at different experience levels.

Candidates without printing/signage experience will begin on a part-time schedule while they learn our processes, products, software, and industry.

Candidates with relevant printing, signage, promotional products, or related industry experience may be considered for a full-time position from the beginning.

Our goal is to find the right person for our team , with the opportunity for the position to grow into a long-term full-time role.
