This is a rare opportunity to join a growing Hospital Medicine program within one of the newest hospitals in the Mid-Atlantic region. Providers will work alongside dedicated Hospitalist physicians in a collaborative inpatient environment supported by 24/7 intensivist coverage, strong specialist access, modern clinical infrastructure, and Oracle Health (Cerner) EMR. Unlike many traditional Hospitalist NP assignments, this opportunity offers a highly supportive practice model focused on inpatient medicine, care coordination, admissions support, and multidisciplinary collaboration within a closed ICU environment where procedures are not required. ICU physicians manage ICU procedures and critical care interventions.
