Advanced Billing Associate

Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business equivalent strongly preferred.Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. If you want the chance to lead, it's time to bring your talent to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS)!The Advanced Billing Associate is responsible for preparing and processing accurate and compliant invoices for customers, ensuring timely billing and payment in accordance with company policies and procedures, while maintaining detailed financial records and providing support for billing inquiries. As an integral member of the team, the you will help reduce overall billing cycle times and increase collections. You will prepare a minimum of 150 basic Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), and commercial invoices per month, accurately and compliantly supporting revenue, EBIT, and cash goals. You will follow all billing policies and procedures to support successful internal and external audits and maintain billing information in financial systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations.We encourage you to apply if you have any of these skills or experiences:High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
