Chief Commercial Officer — Specialty Diagnostics & Healthcare AI/IT Our client is seeking a senior commercial leader to build and scale a high-performing hospital sales organization for a diagnostics specialty pathology laboratory with a promising portfolio of innovative AI and IT-enabled healthcare products and services. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer will lead the company’s commercial strategy across sales, marketing, market access, partnerships, and customer success. This executive will play a critical role in expanding routine laboratory services within large hospital systems while bringing new AI/IT solutions to healthcare networks and payer organizations. What This Leader Will Do Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for laboratory services and emerging healthcare technology offerings. Own revenue growth, P&L performance, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and business development. Navigate complex U.S. reimbursement, payer, regulatory, and healthcare network dynamics. Recruit, lead, and scale sales, marketing, and customer success teams in a fast-moving growth environment. Partner closely with product and R&D teams to ensure market feedback shapes product development and commercialization priorities. Ideal Candidate Profile 10 years of senior commercial leadership experience in healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, laboratory services, or medical devices. Demonstrated success scaling commercial organizations, launching new healthcare products, and delivering measurable revenue growth. Strong understanding of healthcare sales compliance, reimbursement, market access, and clinical laboratory services. Experience selling into hospitals, large health systems, healthcare networks, and/or payer organizations. Compensation Highlights The role offers a $250,000 base salary plus uncapped performance-based incentives tied directly to revenue growth and commercial success.
