Description

Responsibilities include welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in and check-out, answering phones and assisting guests with questions, reservations, and requests, processing reservations, payments, and guest transactions accurately, resolving guest concerns while delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records using Opera PMS, learning and utilizing hotel systems, communicating effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments, keeping the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready, and following all hotel policies, safety procedures, and IHG brand standards.

Schedule & Physical Requirements

Flexibility is required. This position is primarily scheduled for evening/night shifts and weekends, with availability on holidays as business needs require. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand and walk for extended periods, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and move throughout the hotel to support guests and daily operations.
