AI SecOps & Detection Lead — Discovery, Response & Prevention

Job Summary (List Format):
- Build and manage the AI security lifecycle across the organization, focusing on visibility, response, and prevention.
- Integrate AI-specific security findings (e.g., from Wiz and AIM) into existing SOC workflows for unified threat detection and triage.
- Implement automated shadow AI discovery mechanisms to identify unauthorized AI usage without relying on self-reporting.
- Develop and maintain AI-specific incident response playbooks and lead tabletop exercises to ensure SOC readiness for AI-related incidents.
- Translate discovery findings and incident patterns into actionable remediation steps and tighter security controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support operational governance by maintaining an AI tool inventory, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Partner closely with SOC, engineering, compliance, and security leadership to drive the AI security program.
- Utilize metrics-driven approaches to quantify detection coverage, identify risk gaps, and inform executive decision-making.
- Continuously feed incident response learnings back into preventative measures for ongoing security improvement.
