Business Experience & Planning Advisor

As a Business Experience & Planning Advisor within PNC's Enterprise Architecture Process Team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL; Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; or Dallas, TX. Responsibilities Assess, prioritize, and implement Enterprise Architecture process improvement opportunities, driving process change management and guiding data-related decisions from strategy through operations. Develop and maintain process flows, job aids, and assessments of current-state EA processes. Engage teams to support process testing and pilots. Create communication plans covering multiple audiences and media. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, gather feedback, and implement improvements, including automation as appropriate. Collaborate with architects to ensure operational alignment and consistent deliverables. Plan for process changes, engage stakeholders, produce communications, training, and documentation. Required Skills and Experience Process analysis: Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks; ability to create process flows; identify and assess process weaknesses. Software development concepts, Agile and automation. Tools: Power Automate, Visio, Tableau, PowerBI, MicrosoftExcel, PowerPoint, Word. Communication: Translate needs into customer‑friendly process changes; strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to multiple managerial levels; influence decisions without direct authority. Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma certification. Clear understanding of enterprise architecture’s purpose in a regulated financial services environment. Experience in large, complex enterprise environments; familiarity with operational and analytical data activities and metrics. Experience maintaining process documentation and improving data quality, consistency, and reuse across the Technology organization. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; at least5+years of industry‑relevant experience. Comparable combinations of education, certification, and experience may be considered. Compensation Base salary ranges from$74,750.00to$132,250.00, varying by geographic location, market data, and individual skills. The role is incentive eligible based on company and individual performance.
