Overview Pre-Licensed or Licensed Mental Health Counselor / (LMHC/LICSW) Position Type: Hybrid (in-office + remote) Compensation: Per-client rates starting at $70/hour (LMHC/LICSW) Caseload: 20 clients/week The Role You'll see 20 clients per week in a hybrid model: some in our Arlington office, some remote—whatever works for you and your clients. You own your caseload, your schedule, and your clinical decisions. No productivity quotas. No algorithm telling you how many notes to write. Just you, your clients, and a team that has your back.
