Lead Civil Engineer

Duties
Advises customer on how best to achieve solutions to technically complex water resource problems.
Evaluates technical requirements for each project; determines appropriate technical competencies and staff resources required to successfully accomplish assigned projects.
Serves as the Engineering Technical Lead with responsibility for organizing, directing, and providing engineering services and technical assistance to partner nations.
Provides technical/other leadership and administrative assistance within a USACE office established in the host nation to support the customer's mission.
