Loan Review AnalystSupport Center - Fenton, MI 48430OverviewPosition Type Full TimeDescriptionLoan Review SpecialistExempt - Grade Level 5Equal Employment OpportunityCorporate Values & Mission"Provide superior service, quality advice and show utmost respect to everyone we meet."General SummaryResponsible for preliminary commercial loan underwriting and review, including financial statement analysis, credit investigation, appraisal coordination, and property evaluation support.Reports To: Loan Review SupervisorEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSpread and analyze business and personal financial statements using Flash Spread.Conduct high-level financial reviews for loans outside annual review scope; identify deterioration or red flags and escalate material findings.Prepare preliminary annual loan review documentation, including client, deposit, loan, and related financial data.Coordinate and assist with appraisal and environmental report ordering and review in accordance with guidelines.Prepare various reports to monitor loan review activity.Participate in ongoing training and professional development.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual in this position must be able to perform each of the above essential duties satisfactorily and exhibit the values of the Company.
