You will connect with clients through phone and virtual meetings, learn about their goals, and present solutions that fit their unique situations. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who enjoy building relationships, managing their own pipeline, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings Generate and follow up on sales opportunities Build relationships through professional and engaging conversations Needs Assessment Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and objectives Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Help clients understand available options and make informed decisions Solution Presentation Clearly and professionally present insurance products and services Explain coverage options and answer client questions Tailor recommendations based on individual client needs Objection Handling & Closing Address client concerns with professionalism and confidence Build trust through education and consultative conversations Guide clients through the enrollment process and secure completed applications Pipeline Management Maintain an organized sales pipeline Track activities, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools Manage appointments and ensure timely communication Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong client relationships Provide ongoing support and follow-up Deliver a positive and professional client experience throughout the sales process Communication Communicate effectively through phone, video conferencing, email, and other digital channels Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions Compensation This role offers performance-based earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $35,000 and $100,000 annually , with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance and client growth.
