Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Description

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who enjoys hands on patient care and making people feel comfortable during their visit. You will work in a specialty clinic providing preventive and periodontal care, supporting dentists, and helping patients and caregivers understand oral health.

Day to Day:

Providing cleanings and periodontal treatments

Administering local anesthesia under supervision

Taking and processing dental X rays

Educating patients and caregivers

Keeping patient records accurate and up to date

Following infection control and safety procedures

Schedule

M-F 8:00am -5:00pm

Location: San Francisco, CA 94103

Compensation:

$30.00/hr. -$40.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a registered Dental Hygienist

California Registered Dental Hygienist license

Comfort working with special care or disabled patients

A calm, professional, and compassionate approach Radiation Safety Certification

Local Anesthesia Certification

Nitrous Oxide Certification
