Home Health experience preferred; if no Home Health experience, must have Outpatient experience as the minimum
CA license in hand preferred
Oasis experience required- may consider candidates without Oasis if they have solid HH experience


Accepting pending CA license.
Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience
BLS- AHA required
