Position Mission

As a Brand Ambassador for Superior Water & Air, you will represent our brand and reputation while generating leads and customers who are looking to improve their home's comfort, health, safety, water quality, and energy efficiency. 

As you engage you will be connecting customers with solutions that enhance their everyday lives by generating qualified leads for our sales and service teams.

Your success is measured by your ability to create memorable customer experiences, uncover needs, communicate benefits, and inspire customers to take the next step toward a healthier, more comfortable home.

About the Role

Superior Water & Air is seeking energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside retail partner locations. 

• This is a high-energy, relationship-building role designed for individuals who enjoy talking with people, creating positive first impressions, and identifying opportunities to help customers solve common home comfort and water quality challenges.
• Rather than simply collecting contact information, our Brand Ambassadors focus on discovering customer needs, educating customers on available solutions, and generating high-quality leads that result in exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, lead generation, promotions, hospitality, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers in a retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to work independently while achieving performance goals.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand and move throughout retail locations for extended periods.
• Ability to travel between assigned retail locations as needed.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
