Civil Engineer

Duties
Leads the DSPC team in the development of designs and project execution.
Performs field reconnaissance and site investigations in connect with project development to determine the accuracy of field surveys.
Oversees designs, analyses, layouts and computations for developing features for various projects.
Reviews work of lower graded engineers, technicians, and others engaged in the design and development of the projects to ensure forward progress is made toward completion.
Ensures the organization strategic plan, mission and vision is communicated with the team to achieve goals, work plans and products/services.
Provides expert advice concerning analytical requirements and conducts analysis requiring knowledge and skills of a subject matter expert.
