Dealership: L0149 Chevrolet of Wasilla Pay: $5,000 – $8,000 per month based on performance Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, closed on Saturdays and Sundays What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and follow telephone standards. Greet customers, identify their concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions. Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times. Conduct a vehicle walk‑around to assess customer needs. Gain customer approval for recommended services and offer a multi‑point inspection. Create accurate repair orders using the ADP system. Provide accurate estimates, review inspection findings, and obtain approval for additional repairs. Dispatch repair orders efficiently and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process. Keep customers informed of their vehicle’s repair status until completion. Process payments, deliver completed vehicles, and complete the Sales‑to‑Service customer handoff. What You’ll Bring Strong attention to detail. Sense of urgency. Excellent communication. Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders. Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change. Basic computer skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
