Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients based on their unique needs, utilizing telehealth technologies where appropriate. Maintain and update client records in our AWARDS electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and agency standards. Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns and trainees, aligning with the strategic goals of the agency. Attend and actively participate in program and agency meetings, contributing to the development of services and policies. Compile and submit programmatic reports to the Director, providing insights on service delivery and improvement initiatives. Plan and coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, ensuring a diverse applicant pool that meets our community's needs. Offer clinical consultations to interns during both crisis and non-crisis situations, providing guidance to enhance their learning and effectiveness. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate management personnel. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of intern performance and caseloads to support positive programmatic outcomes. Engage in ongoing quality assurance (QA/QI) initiatives to audit client documentation regularly and stay compliant with both internal and external standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinical services focus on a wide range of patient populations, including adults, children, and families. The ideal candidate will be comfortable addressing emotional and social issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges in various contexts—both in inpatient and outpatient scenarios. The LCSW will consult closely with families and other medical professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required. Must hold an active California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Ability to conduct telehealth sessions effectively, supported by a reliable internet connection. Must be currently residing within the United States. Preferred Experience Experience in community health settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems like AWARDS are preferred. Previous involvement in supervising interns or leading training initiatives will be advantageous. The candidate should be adaptable to changing requirements within a regulated healthcare environment. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
