Store Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Office Operations Specialist to guide store operational excellence in areas such as Banking, Office Duties, Frontline Help, Records, and Store Communications. You are a superstar organizer who embraces ambiguity and enjoys solving problems as they arise. Responsibilities Review and reconcile operational business expenses. Support operations staff on and off the sales floor. Manage office supply inventory within the assigned budget. Assist in the hiring process and maintain store records and files. Follow REI loss prevention and safety procedures. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in a retail or office environment (preferred). Able to work flexible hours (some evenings and weekends). Enjoys communicating and building relationships inside and outside the organization. Open to feedback and other viewpoints in the spirit of supporting the business. Uses business understanding, innovative thinking, and sound judgment to solve problems. Makes solid recommendations by combining information from various sources. Produces quality work by setting effective goals and establishing priorities. Organizes and uses resources to meet deadlines; keeps others informed about plans and progress.
