Key Responsibilities Originate and close a high volume of purchase and refinance loans Work directly with Megatel Homes buyers and strategic referral partners Convert live-transfer and program-generated leads into funded loans Deliver a best-in‑class borrower experience from application through submission Structure loans using MCI’s comprehensive Conforming, Government, and Non‑QM products Be available for occasional evening calls to maximize conversion Qualifications 3+ years of experience Proven history as a top‑producing Loan Officer Strong purchase‑loan experience preferred Active NMLS license Excellent communication, follow‑up, and relationship management skills Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, call‑driven environment Highly self‑motivated, disciplined, and income‑focused Preferred Experience Deep knowledge of Conforming, Government, and Non‑QM products, including Bank Statement, DSCR, Asset Depletion, and Foreign National loans Base salary plus uncapped commission with realistic earnings exceeding $200K+ Full medical and dental coverage Strong operational infrastructure and leadership support designed to maximize production This is an opportunity for Loan Officers who want consistent deal flow, operational support, and unlimited earning potential—without sacrificing flexibility or control over their business. #J-18808-Ljbffr Megatel Homes
