Contract | 26 Weeks | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 2 Holiday Shifts Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Perform triage assessments and provide immediate care to patients presenting with emergent and urgent medical conditions
• Deliver high-acuity nursing care within a Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Department
• Utilize electronic health record system (Epic) for patient assessment, care documentation, and medication administration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to manage a high-volume, fast-paced emergency environment
• Provide care across all ED areas including fast-track, behavioral health suite, and private treatment rooms

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in triage nursing within a high-volume emergency department
• Familiarity with behavioral health patient care within an ED setting
