Job Location & Details Albuquerque, NM Client Service Associate – on‑site position. The role acts as the liaison between clients and Financial Advisors, managing all aspects of the client experience, including paperwork, account reviews, and service delivery. Compensation Base salary: $42,500.00 to $50,000.00 (exclusive of bonuses and benefits). Compensation expectations may be discussed during application. Primary Job Functions New Client Onboarding Ensure accurate completion of prospect and new client paperwork Follow up on funds transfer from surrendering company Maintain CRM database and client files Research and resolve issues with Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations, and vendors Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool Client Relationship Management Engage clients to understand personal history and financial needs, and communicate to advisors or handle issue resolution Prepare account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc. Complete review follow‑up needs for clients Collaborate with client’s tax or legal counsel when necessary Conduct tax research (1099s) Team and Corporate Support Assist Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes Complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes Communicate process and sales updates to team Manage vendors and Service Level Agreements Industry/Company Knowledge Demonstrate knowledge of WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model Understand financial terminology and products Attend Client Services and company educational events Education & Qualifications 4‑year college degree preferred 2+ years of experience within financial services, preferably in wealth management firms Superior verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Familiarity with Salesforce preferred Interest in learning financial concepts and products Ability to work as a team member, meet deadlines, remain flexible under pressure, and prioritize work Benefits Training and professional development Medical, dental and vision coverage (full‑time employees and families) Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical, dependent, and transit expenses Life and AD&D insurance – employer paid and voluntary options Short‑term and long‑term disability, workers’ compensation – employer paid 401(k) with match and profit sharing Wellness programs and resources Voluntary benefits, including pet insurance 18 days of paid time off (PTO) accrued annually (25 PTO days after 4 years of service) 12 paid holidays each year (10 pre‑determined and 2 floating days) Paid parental and caregiver leave (caregiver leave available after 6 months of tenure) Tuition, licensing, and credential reimbursement (after meeting service requirements) OSHA Requirements Position requires the ability to stand or sit for long periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, use telephone and computer systems.
