Service Advisor Opportunity

Classis Hyundai/Genesis of Hampton is hiring for an experienced service advisor. Responsibilities include:

• Working with clients in a one on one relationship
• Use of DMS systems to create repair orders/verify client information
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating clients frequently
• Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete
• Explain all completed work and charges to clients

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer satisfaction is a plus!
• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant is a must
• Above average energy level
• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
