Pest Control Technician - Will Train

Responsibilities Complete award-winning training to learn skills and knowledge required to serve customers. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Follow a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory to ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location. Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness and that of equipment. Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and leveraging expertise to recommend the most efficient, innovative solution. Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services to provide peace of mind. Inspect interior and exterior of customer property (training provided). Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services. Complete required service-related documentation on handheld device for speed and accuracy. We Offer Competitive earnings starting at $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment. Extensive paid training upfront and ongoing to support continuous improvement; no prior pest control experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain appropriate pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid). Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with customers inside businesses and/or homes. What will my work environment be like? Safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which may require OSHA-compliant respirator. Will work in varying weather conditions.
