About this role:The Advisor Platform group within the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office is seeking a Field Compensation Senior Manager of Product to lead the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and execution of compensation product capabilities across advisor channels. This senior product leader will manage a team and own the multi‑year compensation product strategy, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, transparent, and aligned with WIM business objectives and enterprise risk expectations.This role serves as the single point of accountability to align strategy, funding, delivery, and governance for compensation products—driving modernization, consistency, and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment. The leader will collaborate extensively with Product Owners, HR, Finance, Field Leadership, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to deliver a cohesive compensation ecosystem that supports advisor engagement, retention, and long‑term growth.In this role, you will:Manage a team of Product Managersresponsible for Field Compensation Strategy & DeliveryDefine and lead the end‑to‑end compensation product strategy, multi‑year roadmap, and executionDrive enterprise alignment across HR, Finance, Field Leadership, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and TechnologyTranslate compensation strategy into clear product outcomes and requirementsOversee technology development, delivery, and field readiness for compensation initiativesEnsure compensation solutions meet governance, control, and regulatory standardsMonitor and improve key compensation metrics, including accuracy, timeliness, and advisor experienceIdentify opportunities to modernize and simplify compensation processes and tools.Serve as senior escalation and decision‑maker for compensation product tradeoffs and prioritizationInfluence senior leadership through clear insights, recommendations, and storytellingRequired Qualifications:6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education3+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:Understanding of Financial Advisor and field compensation models, performance levers, and behaviorsProven experience leading enterprise‑level product strategy in a large highly matrixed organizationDemonstrated ability to develop multi‑year product roadmaps aligned to business strategy, technology, and regulatory requirementsDeep understanding of field compensation frameworks, incentive plan mechanics, operational controls, or compensation-related financial processesExperience improving field transparency, adoption readiness, or advisor experience metricsStrong experience collaborating with HR, Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Field or Sales leadershipJob Expectations:This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements.
