Job Title: Part-Time CRNA - Ambulatory Surgery Center | 2 Days/Week | East Central Florida Coast
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an exceptional part-time opportunity at our specialized Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located on Florida's beautiful East Central Coast, just 70 miles from Orlando. This position offers an ideal work-life balance with a flexible two-day-per-week schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays), competitive hourly compensation of $175-$200, and the convenience of an outpatient-only setting with no call, no nights, and no weekends.
Job Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia services for outpatient surgical procedures in an ASC setting
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during surgical procedures
- Provide post-anesthesia care and patient recovery monitoring
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of anesthesia services and patient records
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Anesthesia
- Active Florida CRNA license or ability to obtain licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program
- ASC or ambulatory surgery center experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care delivery
