NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an “ SAP PROJECT MANAGER ” to join our team in “INDIA”.

Client's business problem to solve?

• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, and execution of the SAP RAR implementation
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation across functional and technical workstreams (Basis, SD, ABAP, FICO, Data Migration)
• Facilitate coordination between business stakeholders (Finance, Sales, IT) and project team
• Manage risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation processes
• Oversee project governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, milestone tracking
• Ensure alignment with ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance timelines and audit requirements
• Coordinate testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and go-live/cutover planning across all workstreams
• Manage vendor/consulting partner relationships (if applicable)
• Drive change management and end-user training/communication planning

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In these roles you will be responsible for:

• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, and execution of the SAP RAR implementation
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation across functional and technical workstreams (Basis, SD, ABAP, FICO, Data Migration)
• Facilitate coordination between business stakeholders (Finance, Sales, IT) and project team
• Manage risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation processes
• Oversee project governance: status reporting, steering committee updates, milestone tracking
• Ensure alignment with ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance timelines and audit requirements
• Coordinate testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and go-live/cutover planning across all workstreams
• Manage vendor/consulting partner relationships (if applicable)
• Drive change management and end-user training/communication planning

Requirements for this role include:

• 8+ years project management experience, including SAP implementation projects
• Experience managing SAP finance-related implementations (RAR, FI, SD) preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership skills
• Experience managing full project lifecycle (initiation through hypercare/post go-live support)

Preferences: -

• Direct experience managing SAP RAR/Revenue Recognition projects
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation projects
• Familiarity with ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance-driven projects

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (CST) .  The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
