Work 32 hours per week with a consistent schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to fostering communication growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology for schools
• Experience in educational settings, particularly with Pre-K–5th-grade students (ages 4–10)
• Strong case management and organizational skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized student goals
• Collaborative mindset and experience working on multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as case manager for 17 students, overseeing speech and language services
• Create and track progress toward goals for a shared caseload of 41 additional students (in collaboration with another SLP)
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver targeted therapy to a diverse elementary-age population
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with district and legal requirements
• Engage with staff, families, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes
