Accounts Receivable CoordinatorThis position resides in our Finance Department and will support day-to-day administrative functions related to finance, time and expenses, accounts receivable, and invoicing back-up functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:All aspects of Accounts receivableAccounts Receivable AgingRate accuracy on projects and invoicesMaintaining contract changes and change ordersManaging project creation and close out in timekeeping softwareProblem solvingClient and company data confidentialityProcess and systems improvement recommendationsTracking time and expense reportsMonthly close-outsPreparing customer correspondenceSupporting department and company administration needsOther duties as assignedYou are a supportive and reliable team member that engages in building a great team and work culture.
