Description
Join European Wax Center as a Sales Associate and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience! You will be the face of our center, helping guests feel comfortable and providing them with the best service possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with a positive attitude as they enter the center
- Assisting customers with service and product selections
- Managing appointment bookings and inquiries, both in-person and over the phone
- Educating guests about services, promotions, and retail products
- Ensuring a clean and organized reception area
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with team members to create a friendly and cohesive workplace

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
