Machine Operator Technician

TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a detail-oriented Machine Operator Technician to support production of strategic communications and advocacy materials. You will set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure output meets quality and deadline standards. Working in a collaborative, high-performance environment, you’ll coordinate with account and creative teams to translate campaign requirements into accurate production runs, track jobs and inventory, and follow safety and operational procedures. This role offers close mentorship, exposure to public affairs campaigns, and growth in a mission-driven, client-focused firm.
