Customer Care Specialist

Attend and actively participate in all scheduled Foundation training courses Receive monitored inbound calls, email, or chats regarding Aflac products and services Provide thorough and accurate responses to policy-holder requests and inquiries Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all policyholders confidential Perform other related duties as required Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 year of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems Emotional intelligence skills Skill in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures Skill in managing one’s own time Skilled in verbal and written communication Problem solving skills Experience using Microsoft Office suite software Core Competencies Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills while effectively managing time and problem-solving in a customer service environment.
