Now Hiring Fiberglass Finishers for a Long Term Role in Edgewater, FL

Sand, grind, buff, and finish fiberglass surfaces to meet quality standards

Repair cosmetic and structural fiberglass imperfections

Prepare boat hulls, decks, and components for final assembly and paint processes

Use hand tools, power tools, sanders, grinders, and finishing equipment safely and effectively

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure a smooth, high-quality appearance

Follow work instructions, quality guidelines, and safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience in fiberglass finishing, marine manufacturing, automotive body work, composites, painting, or related trades preferred

Ability to work with hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Ability to read and follow production instructions

Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr.
