Role Overview: The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse provides specialized patient care within a leading cardiovascular facility. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Administer conscious sedation, monitor patient responses, and manage airway during procedures. Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication, and managing their health. Develop and document individualized care plans aligned with standards and patient needs. Promote patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering cultural and personal values. Participate in professional development and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; ADN, BSN, or MSN candidates accepted. Prior critical care, emergency, or cardiac cath experience preferred; minimum of 2 years bedside experience required. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role with alertness and professionalism. Strong critical thinking, clinical, and communication skills.
