BDR SDR: Business Development & Sales

**Position Overview**

We are expanding its Business Development team and is looking for an experienced BDR/SDR to drive outbound B2B sales activities across international markets. The role focuses on prospect research, lead generation, cold outreach, prospect qualification, and appointment setting, with a strong emphasis on engaging decision-makers and consistently generating qualified sales opportunities.

**Experience**

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in BDR, SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a closely related B2B sales role. 

- Proven experience in B2B sales and prospecting. 

- Experience engaging with international clients and decision-makers. 

- Experience working with sales KPIs and targets.

**Education: **

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any related field.

**Responsibilities**

- Generate and qualify new B2B leads through outbound prospecting. 

- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. 

- Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers and prospects. 

- Initiate conversations with prospects and create new sales opportunities. 

- Qualify prospects based on business needs, fit, and potential opportunity. 

- Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team. 

- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects throughout the outreach process. 

- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in CRM systems. 

- Manage high-volume outreach while consistently working toward KPIs and sales targets. - Research international markets and identify relevant prospects. 

- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider sales team.

- Multilingual: particularly English + Arabic or French
